30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In its original packaging
• With proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email support@novarapure.com with:
• Your order number
• The item or items you want to return
• A short reason for the return
Our team will reply with the next steps.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@novarapure.com so we can fix it for you.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Consumable or perishable products
• Health or personal care products
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items or gift cards
• Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved:
• Your refund is issued to your original payment method
• Processing can take up to 10 business days
• Your bank may take additional time to post the funds
